The VWPWD uses a 3rd party utility billing company called AmCoBi.

You can go to the www.amcobi.com web site and set up your account and choose how you want to receive your water utility bills and how you want to pay your water utility bill.

You can also call AmCoBi’s customer service department - (719) 532-0167 (ext 2). You will be able to speak with a customer representative, who can answer your questions and even guide you through the process of setting up your account. These representative will make sure that you receive your utility invoice in the manner you choose.
