Please note: Your regular quarterly water bill is due August 1, 2024.
The Special Assessment is due on SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.
If your account is set up with AUTOPAY, the entire special assement of $26,250.00 will be withdrawn on the due date, SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 from the payment source indicated in your account.
If you do not wish that AmCoBi withdraw the funds from your selected payment source, please disable autopay in your AmCoBi portal.
